Trapped at home in 2020, our lives looked immeasurably different. Gone were the vacation plans, the brunches with friends, and the watercooler conversations; instead they were replaced by social distancing, endless Zoom calls, and a sense of loneliness and dread that we couldn’t shake. “The Quarantine Diaries” is a series of digital illustrations that were created from 2020-2021 that aimed to commemorate that period of time through a vibrant, whimsical, and comical lens. While the times were dark, the art coming out of them didn’t have to be.
